Speakers and Events Committee
The Speakers and Events Committee is responsible for curating, coordinating, and executing high-quality programming for our LODGE quarterly events. This includes securing impactful speakers, planning engaging agendas, and managing event logistics in alignment with LODGE’s mission to support executive-level networking and professional growth. The committee collaborates with the leadership and marketing teams to ensure that events are relevant, well attended, and provide exceptional value to members and guests. Social Committee
The Social Committee is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among LODGE members through fun, inclusive, and well-organized social experiences. This committee enhances member engagement by planning quarterly social events that build camaraderie, celebrate milestones, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both new and long-standing members. Whether coordinating casual mixers, themed outings, or holiday celebrations, the Social Committee plays a vital role in strengthening LODGE's culture and community. Website and Blog Committee
The Blog and Website Committee is responsible for maintaining and enhancing LODGE’s digital presence to reflect the organization's professionalism, values, and mission. This committee curates timely, relevant content for the blog, ensures the website is up to date and user-friendly, and supports communication efforts across all committees. By delivering informative and engaging content, the committee helps promote member visibility, highlight upcoming events, and share the impact of LODGE within the broader community. By leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, the committee drives interest, attendance, and membership growth through consistent, strategic online storytelling. This committee is responsible for attracting and onboarding qualified new members, and nurturing long-term relationships through mentorship and member support. By fostering a culture of connection and inclusion, the committee ensures that every member feels welcome, valued, and aligned with LODGE's purpose and standards.
