Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is responsible for supporting the financial health, accountability, and long-term sustainability of LODGE. The committee works with the Treasurer and Board to develop and monitor the annual budget, review income and expenses, and provide financial guidance for programs, events, and organizational initiatives. It also helps ensure that LODGE’s funds are managed responsibly and in alignment with the organization’s goals.Objectives:

Social Committee
The Social Committee is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among LODGE members through fun, inclusive, and well-organized social experiences. The committee enhances member engagement by planning events that build camaraderie, celebrate milestones, and create a welcoming atmosphere for new and long-standing members. These events may include casual mixers, themed outings, holiday celebrations, and other opportunities for members to connect outside of regular meetings. Objectives:

Website and Blog Committee
The Blog and Website Committee is responsible for maintaining and enhancing LODGE’s digital presence so that it accurately reflects the organization’s professionalism, values, and mission. The committee develops timely and relevant blog content, keeps the website current and user-friendly, and supports the communication needs of other committees. Its work helps promote member visibility, highlight upcoming events, and demonstrate the value and impact of LODGE. Objectives:

Social Media Committee
The Social Media Committee is responsible for increasing LODGE’s visibility and engagement across its social media platforms. The committee creates and schedules content that reflects the organization’s mission, promotes upcoming events, recognizes member achievements, and demonstrates the value of membership. Through consistent and strategic online communication, the committee helps increase event attendance, community awareness, and membership interest. Objectives:

Membership and Mentor Committee
The Membership and Mentor Committee is responsible for attracting, welcoming, and supporting qualified new members while encouraging the continued engagement of existing members. The committee oversees the prospective-member and onboarding processes and helps new members build meaningful connections within the group. Through mentorship and ongoing support, the committee helps ensure that every member feels welcomed, valued, and aligned with LODGE’s purpose and standards. Objectives:

Speakers and Events Committee
The Speakers and Events Committee is responsible for developing and coordinating high-quality programming for LODGE’s quarterly events and other special initiatives. This includes securing impactful speakers, creating engaging agendas, and managing event logistics in alignment with LODGE’s mission of supporting professional growth, relationship-building, and lead sharing. The committee also strengthens LODGE’s presence within the broader community by identifying local events, service opportunities, partnerships, and outreach initiatives that align with the organization’s values. It works collaboratively with LODGE leadership and the marketing committees to ensure events are relevant, well attended, and provide value to members, guests, and the community. Objectives:
