​Each Thursday morning, LODGE members gather for a structured, high-value meeting designed to build relationships, generate referrals, and support one another’s growth. Every meeting follows a consistent format that keeps the group efficient, engaged, and results-driven.

What to Expect Each Week

• Light Networking - Members arrive a few minutes early to connect informally and strengthen relationships before the meeting begins.
• Member Introductions - Each attendee gives a brief introduction—who they are, what they do, and the type of referral they’re seeking. This ensures members stay informed and ready to help one another.
• Featured Member Presentation - One member each week presents an overview of their business, ideal clients, and differentiators, helping others provide high-quality referrals with confidence.
• Weekly Topic Discussion - Members participate in a focused discussion on a relevant business topic—sales, leadership, operations, marketing, or industry trends—to encourage continuous learning and shared insight.
• Lead Shares and Asks - Members exchange referrals, warm introductions, and specific business requests. This is also where members share success stories generated from previous leads and introductions, reinforcing the value of the group’s collaboration.
